AmBank (M) Berhad issued six (6) European style cash-settled call warrant on the existing ordinary shares of Berjaya Sports Toto Berhad, Boustead Holdings Berhad, IJM Corporation Berhad, Malaysian Airline System Berhad, Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad and UEM Land Holdings Berhad with tenures of approximately seven (7) months and an issue size of 100 million. The respective term sheets can be obtained from the "Terms and Announcement" section of this portal. The terms and conditions of the mentioned call warrants stated in their respective term sheets should be read in conjunction with the Base Prospectus dated 23 August 2011 and First Supplementary Base Prospectues dated 4 January 2012.

Y Bhg Tan Sri Datuk Clifford Francis Herbert relinquished the position as Chairman on 5^th December, 2011 and remains as a Member.  Y Bhg Dato' Gan Nyap Liou @ Gan Nyap Liow assumed the position as Chairman with effect from 5^th December, 2011.
